Effective January 1st 2019, Enervalis has decided to spin out part of its activities into a separate company called i.LECO. Stefan Lodeweyckx has stepped down as CEO of Enervalis and will head up i.LECO going forward.
The business of i.LECO is concentrated on the more complex solutions for tertiary buildings and local energy communities. Enervalis has a renewed focus on smart solutions related to residential housing, EV charging and storage. In this way, Enervalis wants to accelerate the launch of new products/solutions and improve the support to its customers in the fast changing market of energy transition.
Enervalis and i.LECO have worked out an agreement to guarantee a smooth transfer and execution of projects related to the tertiary buildings. There shouldn’t be any impact on our business relation.
Alfons Goos has been appointed CEO a.i. of Enervalis, replacing Stefan Lodeweyckx.
